Are your products legal? All products we sell are legal in the Netherlands. All products are permitted and registrated in the Netherlands under EU-legislation. Due to various international laws, this website may contain products that can not be sold in certain countries. We only ship to countries where the products are legal. However it is your own responsibility to check the legal status of a product in your country.
How will my order be sent? All packages are sent by registered mail by TNT. All packages are discreetly packaged, the outside of the package only contains a label with address and our return address. All packages are insured against theft and damages during shipping.
When will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped once we receive your payment.
Can I trace my package? After payment you will receive a confirmation with a barcode with that barcode, you can trace the package through: www.trackentrace.nl
What happens if the package will be delivered while I'm not at home? You will get a receipt note in your mailbox with this receipt note you can pick up the package at the postoffice. The package will not be delivered to your neighbors. You must sign for receiving the package.
